Due to the nature of our services, we maintain a strict No Refund Policy with limited exceptions as outlined below.

1.1 For Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Lead Generation, etc.)

• Clients can cancel ongoing monthly services by providing a 30-day written notice via email.

• Any services delivered within the notice period will be billed accordingly.

• If a client cancels mid-month, no partial refunds will be issued.

1.2 For One-Time Services (Web/App Development, Landing Pages, etc.)

• Once the project has started, cancellation is not allowed, and no refunds will be issued.

• If a project is delayed due to the client’s failure to provide necessary inputs, WebSpero’s is not liable for any refund or compensation.

1.3 For Paid Advertising Campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)

• Once a campaign is set up and launched, the service fee is non-refundable.

• Any remaining ad spend in the client’s advertising accounts is subject to the respective platform’s refund policies.

2.1 Service Fees

• All fees paid for digital marketing services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.

• Results depend on various factors, including competition, market conditions, and search engine algorithms, which are beyond our control.

2.2 Development Projects

• For website/app development, once work has begun, the project is considered active and not eligible for a refund.

• If the client chooses to discontinue the project, no refunds will be provided for work already completed.

2.3 Customized Strategies & Consultations

• Any strategy, consultation, or custom report created for the client is non-refundable, as these require dedicated time and expertise.

While WebSpero Solutions maintains a strict No Refund Policy, we value our clients and aim for satisfaction. In the event of a service dispute:

• Clients may raise concerns within 7 days of service delivery by contacting our support team at admin@webspero.com.

• Our management team will review the case and provide a resolution, which may include service adjustments, additional deliverables, or alternative solutions, but no monetary refunds will be issued.

WebSpero solution reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of these terms.
